Hello,

My mouse has had this issue for a while now; I tried troubleshooting with ChatGPT but was entirely unsuccessful. The mouse works well when plugged in but when on wireless it will work for 1 second then stop for about 5, then repeats constantly. Software has been updated and have changed ports to no success. Tried reaching out to support but my warranty has ended. GPT told me this was a bad dongle connection issue, mouse is in good condition.

Please help!

Hi @bestWhiteSmokevalley898,

I understand you’re having wireless intermittent connection issue with your mouse. Here are a few steps you might try to resolve the issue:

  1. Make sure the receiver dongle is securely connected to a USB port on your computer.
  2. Try using different USB ports, ideally on the front of your PC or directly connected to your laptop rather than a hub.
  3. Ensure that the batteries in your mouse are fully charged or replace them if necessary. Low battery levels can affect performance.
  4. Ensure that your mouse drivers are up-to-date. You might want to uninstall the current drivers, restart your computer, and then reinstall the latest drivers
  5. Check for any electronic devices that might interfere with the wireless signal. These could include routers, other wireless devices, or electronic appliances.
  6. Please try to download the pairing utility dongle here: https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4868
  7. If possible, test the mouse on another computer to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is with the mouse or your computer's setup.

I hope this helps, and feel free to PM me if you need assistance in the future. Have a good one!
