My Basilisk ultimate wont power on at all anymore, except for the red sensor on the bottom. I’ve tried:
- A hard power reset holding down the right, left and middle mouse button
- Verified the cable is working
- Tried plugging it in to another PC

I understand that your Razer Basilisk Ultimate is no longer powering on properly. Please try the troubleshooting steps below to help resolve your concern:

Verify Windows is up to date.

Update the firmware on your mouse if it is on the list.

Verify the mouse is fully charged (use new batteries or charge Lithium-Ion batteries for 30+ minutes).

If charging via a mouse dock, clean the pogo pins and the mouse charging pins using a Q-tip and alcohol.
