Hello,

 

My basilisk ultimate wireless mouse with chroma dock isnt charging, even though the lights are on on both the dock and the mouse.  I have plugged directly into the computer, switched usb outlets, powered off the mouse , and i have the latest drivers (looks to be last updated in 2020).  My mouse and charger basically just blink red as if it were charging with low battery,, and the synapse display tells me its charging, but its stuck at 0 percent.  Please advise.  Thank yoiu

What is the LED status showing on the dock? Does your mouse still turn on? If you attempt to charge your mouse, does it show that it’s charging or is the % stuck? Please PM me you mouse serial number so I can verify its model and check for avaialble firmware update. Thank you!
