Hello.

My Basilisk V2 mouse has wheel scrolling issue. When I scroll the wheel it often registers the opposite direction and as a result the scrolling of text or browser page is jumpy and unstable. My mouse is 2 years old and out of warranty, so I’m not even able to reach official support, the support web page rejects my serial number.

Is there anything I can do? I've already tried to disassemble the mouse and clean the wheel area including with compressed air. It didn't help.
