Basilisk v3 35k lighting issue

Hello. I recently purchased the new basilisk v3 pro 35k wireless charging mouse (phantom white) and the wireless charging puck / dock.  I have created a lighting profile in chroma studio for both the dock and mouse. When I charge my mouse it changes the lighting to the yellow / green blinking charging lighting which is fine. But when it gets to 100% both the mouse and dock stay bright green and my lighting profile won’t start, even after I manually change it back and forth between static / my chroma profile. It’s just stuck on an ugly green light no matter what I do. Please help.
