Basilisk v3 35k scroll click doesnt work

Hey i got a problem recently my scroll click in mice stopped working on mechanical side of it the switches work just fine i tried cleaning it with compressed air but it still doesnt work already tried fresh synapse install drivers install and i dont know what else i could do

Is it possible for you to try it on a different PC just to check if the same issue persists? Let me know via PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
