Basilisk V3 Binds only working when Synapse is down?

I configured multimedia shortcuts on my V3 Basilisk. If I have Synapse closed they are working just fine. Once I start Synapse all shortcuts stop working. Any idea what might be wrong there?

    Hi tehre, I get install Synapse V7, after that update V11 stop workin program. Any idea???

    Not sure what you talking about. I have Synapse on 3.7.11
