Hello,
My basilisk v3 rz01-0400 just stopped working a few days ago.
The mouse keeps blinking intermittently and connects briefly and disconnects immediately non stop.
I’ve tried doing a clean reinstall of synapse after uninstalling all razer related drivers but the issue persists.
I cannot install any firmware update because when the prompt to connect the device appears the install button is only briefly clickable and even if i manage to click it, it automatically fails because the mouse disconnects.
The mouse doesnt work on any device, synapse or not.
Same problem here… one year have pased and it stopped working. blinking red under and not working anywhere
