I recently bought the Basilisk V3 and it mostly works great. A couple times now, though, I’ve turned on my computer and the mouse isn’t powered (this is a wired mouse, plugged into USB). Unplugging and replugging the USB, it powers, but I don’t want to have to mess around with reaching back. Is this a known issue? Is there a resolution? Or is there something defective with this mouse?
Had the same problem with Cobra Pro. It turned out that it was firmware problem. Download and install new one from https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/4166/ , synapse may not show you that new firmware version has been released.

Hello ImminentOrbit,
I am here to help you. There might be an issue with the USB port on your computer or with the mouse itself. To isolate the concern, you can try plugging the mouse into a different USB port on your computer to see if the problem persists. Please also check the power settings on your PC to ensure that USB ports are not being powered down to save energy. You can adjust these settings in the device manager or power settings on your computer. If the issue continues, PM me your device serial number so I can verify its model and check for other workarounds. All the best!
