so it suddly just stopped working i reinstaled the driver but still doesnt work and tried diffrent usb ports that i know work. the weird thing is i tried it on other pc’s and than it does work normaly so i dont get how it just doesnt work on my pc. the other pc’s dont have the driver but just uninstaling it and trying it than on mine also did not work. is there anything else i can do?

What OS build are you currently using? Please try to check if you have a pending OS update. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
