So I bought my Razer Basilisk V3 in last January and after purchasing within 6 months the dpi button became inconsistent, sometimes it works fine otherwise regardless i click 100 times the button won’t work. I tried reinstalling synapse several times, cleaned my mouse yet the problem persists. Is it like a bug or hardware issue?

Hello there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your Basilisk V3’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
