Hello,
My wired Basilisk V3 freezes and becomes unresponsive as soon as Synapse 4 starts. i have to use another mouse to force quit the application, after of which the Basilisk becomes responsive again.
I can’t use my game profiles or lighting because of this. I’ve tried removing all the drivers and uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller, and doing a fresh install of Synapse, but the problem persists.
Any idea what could be wrong?
