I’ve recently had this issue with my 1,5 yr old Basilisk v3, (after swapping a gpu from a 3060ti to a 9070XT where moving the mouse and holding down a button, and then releasing the button makes the inputs not do anything, for a few milliseconds the mouse doesn’t register any inputs, and also the either the left or right clicks get stuck. I’ve tried diagnosing this problem with NohBoard, and for some reason the “clicks getting stuck issue” only happens in games, in fact, this whole problem only happens in games, and not on the desktop nor in programs. I have also updated the firmware to the latest, deleted and reinstalled (and now deleted) Synapse, plugged the mouse to another port, and removed the mouse from device manager, but none have seemed to fix my issue. I believe this is a software issue, and not a hardware related problem, but I’d like to hear suggestions about both.

Does the issue happen on all games you are trying to use the Basilisk V3? Can you log out of your Razer Synapse account and log in as a guest Razer Synapse user and check if the issue persists by creating your macro in the guest account?  Also, you can try resetting your mouse through the Razer Synapse settings and see if it helps. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
