Hello, I bought a Razer mouse about 2 years ago. Today morning I was facing issues with the left mouse button on my basilisk v3, the button was physically being pressed but was not responding on my pc.
I wanted to know if I could claim the warranty on my Razer product

Please try cleaning your Razer Basilisk V3 using a can of compressed air and spray it in between the gaps. It will help remove any debris that might be causing the problem. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick then you can send me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds and check the warranty status.
