Basilisk v3 messing with display sleep | Razer Insider
Skip to main content

Hi!

I have Synapse Beta, Mouse Dock Pro with Basilisk v3 Pro paired.

If I disable “switch lighting off when display is turned off” option for Basilisk and the display is turned off then the mouse nevertheless turns off its’ lighting, then clicks and wakes the display up again, so the display needs another 10 minutes (or whatever sleep settings are) to fall asleep.

If I unplug the dock and connect the mouse via cable, then when the display turns off the mouse does not turn its’ lighting off - it just clicks and wakes the display up. Why, little mouse, why would you do that?? Let it sleep!

How can I prevent the mouse from clicking and waking up the display?

Same problem! My Basilisk V3 prevents my monitors from going to sleep. I have to unplug the mouse. What’s the deal, Razer?
