Basilisk v3 mouse not scrolling

Updated drivers, cleaned wheel, exited synapse, tried a diff computer/usb port. my old non razor mouse still works fine, any other ideas/steps I could take to get working? Was working fine this morning then i go to park with kids and come back and its no longer scrolling, left/right/center click work.

    Have you tried reinstalling the driver from the device manager / How to clean reinstall synapse?

    This is highly likely a hardware issue if it persists on multiple PCs. I can start a case and forward it to the RMA Team for a replacement request. Providing the serial number of your mouse through PM will be a great start. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
