This just started today after using this mouse for about 4 months. The mouse, very slowly moves on it’s own toward the bottom of the screen. I have cleaned the sensor, tried multiple mouse pads,  and updated the firmware but none of these fixed the problem. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi Scott2553,

To further isolate, let’s check if any software is causing the issue. We can start with Razer Synapse 3.0. Please exit all apps by going to your System Tray, locating the Synapse Icon, right-click, and choosing “Exit All Apps”. If the mouse is working fine without the Razer Synapse, perform a clean reinstall of the Razer Synapse here. You can also Uninstall the drivers of your if the problem happens with or without Synapse. Feel free to PM me along with your device serial number if you need additional help. All the best!
