My basilisk v3 wired mouse is not recognized by synapse and won’t fully connect. It flashes red when plugged into my desktop and the cursor starts to glitch. I’ve had this mouse for around 4 years and never had this problem before. I am also on razer synapse 4 and have repaired all the apps countless times.
I’ve uninstalled Valorant and its anti-cheat. I’m not sure if it is fully uninstalled.
I also can’t run the firmware update for my basilisk model.
Is someone able to help fix this problem?
