I recently purchased a Basilisk V3 Pro 35K, used the Synapse V4 to customise 2 buttons with windows shortcuts (marco). However, if I close the Synapse app or try to use the mouse on my work laptop, the custermisation stopped working. I confirmed I saved the marcos to the profile. Can someone let me know why it does not work?
