Basilisk V3 Pro and Mouse Doc Pro

I just got the Basilisk V3 Pro and Mouse Dock Pro combo and everything is working fine except the dock is not charging the mouse. I have updated the Firmware, Cleaned the connectors, Used the razer software to check the installs, wiped and reinstalled Synapse but it still wont charge

    That's odd. By the way, are you referring to this dock's firmware link? Also, ensure that the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro's firmware is on v1.01.00_r1. Does the behavior happen even after connecting the device to another USB port or computer? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM, including the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro and Mouse Dock Pro's serial number. I'll be locking this thread to diver our conversation privately.
