Just to preface I have tested on 2 macbooks and 1 pc.
My Basilisk V3 Pro has two seperate issues and I have ensured firmware is up to date and synapse is up to date as well.
Bluetooth - Constantly has to re-pair as it won’t auto connect.
2.4Ghz - Dongle stopped working, tried another dongle from Razer, worked for a couple hours then stopped working.
Has anyone had this issue? What was the fix or is the issue still pending?

For the Bluetooth issue, have you tried resetting the mouse or removing it from your Bluetooth settings before re-pairing? As for the 2.4GHz dongle, it sounds like a tough situation since you’ve already tested another one. Have you noticed any specific patterns, like whether it disconnects under certain conditions or after a specific amount of time?
