My basilisk v3 pro won’t charge or turn on, even with the cable connected.

    Were you able to try a different cable? What about another power source? If that didn’t work out, then we’re definitely dealing with a hardware fault right here. Please drop me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it and check the warranty status.
