So when I wake the mouse up from sleep mode, the mouse will disappear from synapse and my RGB setting is reset to default and probably the poll rate is gone too. Personally I like my RGB stay the same and not have to reset my pc or replug in the Dock pro to make my mouse appear again. I see a lot of people having this problem online does anyone know how to fix this? Also why razer doesnt have a choice to make the mouse doesnt go to sleep mode.

Have the same problem…. There is no idia how to fix. Via bluetooth works well, but with dock pro doesnt work good….
Also having the same problem. Additionally, when the mouse wakes up, Synapse pops up from the notification tray which is annoying because I always have to close it back out.
