From what the title says im sure razer already knows what's going on, can I get a replacement dongle or something ? Or point me in the direction to buy one... I tried every solution everybody put out there and still nothing.

basilisk v3 pro dongle not working
I went to 3 Best Buy stores in the city and still dongles for this Basilisk V3 Pro isn’t working.
I give up with this Razer company.
