The only way my mouse working is if it is plugged in to USB. Firmware and all that is up to date. I have tried to use on 2 different PC’s with the same issue.

I have been trying get ahold of anyone with Razer support but it is impossible to submit any kind of request/ticket, no way to live chat and no phone number that I can find. This is very frustrating.

Dongle is detected in Windows device manager?
