Basilisk V3 Pro + Mouse Dock Pro random disconnect

Ive had this mouse for a bit now and I havent had any issues until recently. Usually on boot up it will work for a few seconds then stop responding and I have to unplug the Mouse Dock Pro and turn the mouse off, then plug the dock in first wait a second then turn the mouse back on. Just turning the mouse on and off doesnt fix it. It also doesnt show up in Synapse 4 when this happens until I restart that as well. Everything is on the latest firmware and software. This mouse and dock werent that cheap so for it to already have problems when its never been slammed, dropped, or abused at all is quiet frustrating.
