My center mouse wheel no longer clicks in. I can hear an audible click but the action is not being registered with using any application. I have updated my firmware, uninstalled synapse, reset my mouse and also reconnected everything. I am currently using the Mouse Dock Pro as well and completed all of the previously mentioned steps. Is there anything else I can do please? I purchased my mouse in December and am having issues now. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing about the scroll wheel issue you’re having with your mouse. Could you try it on a different PC? If the issue persists then you can drop me a PM along with the serial number of your Razer Basilisk V3 Pro so we can validate it and provide isolation to help fix the issue.
