The mouse does not charge on mat, altho the charge light flashes, and it appears to charge but just depletes
I have tried 4 different USB ports, 3.2, USB C, old usb 2.

I have updated firmware.
i have reseated the puck.
It randomly stops and starts.
Battery Optimizer have tested ‘off’, and ON 80%
Cleaned the contacts on puck and mouse. (all new)
