Was using this mouse since 2024, lately I’ve had trouble getting it to charge. A couple days ago, I let it “charge” for a couple of days and when I came back to my pc, the mouse was completely dead, unplugging and plugging the battery internally makes it come back to life, but it never charges, dies again and plugging it in doesn’t do anything. Other threads don’t seem to have an answer.

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you test another cable to charge your mouse and check if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the charging issue you're currently experiencing.
