My Basilisk v3 Pro’s scroll wheel click has stopped working, I tried cleaning it, using another computer, turning off and on, unplugging it, switching to Bluetooth and doing a firmware update and nothing has worked. I still hear a click when I press the scroll wheel but nothing happens on my computer. I then contacted support and they went through all the things I’d already tried with me and then I was unable to get access to the warranty even though I provided the invoice for the purchase from Amazon I was informed I couldn’t be sent a new one because it apparently wasn’t the right seller. I really don’t want to have to spend 150$ on a new mouse. Does anyone know of anything I can do?
