I’m having an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. The physical scroll mode switch button (the button right below the scroll wheel) has stopped responding.
Here are the details of what I’ve tested so far:

Button Swap Test: When I remapped the "Scroll Mode Stage Switch" function to a different button in Razer Synapse, the scroll mode switched perfectly. This makes me think the Synapse software and the internal switching mechanism are working fine.

The Issue: The physical scroll switch button itself does not trigger anything at all, no matter how many times or how hard I press it.
It seems like a hardware defect or a dead switch on that specific button. Is there any known fix for this, or should I proceed with an RMA / warranty claim?
