So this persisted through an entire windows reinstall. I have all razer peripherals. Razer Basilisk V3 Pro.
Periodically when scrolling, it’ll just stop scrolling down. If I scroll up slightly it’ll allow me to scroll down again. Was on Synapse 4 and installed Synapse 3 due to issues with keyboard lighting. Not sure if this is some glitch in the firmware or what. Doesn’t do this with another mouse installed on the computer.
