Basilisk V3 Pro unresponsive, stuck with Red Top LEDs & Rainbow Base after trying to pair Bluetooth

I’m hoping someone can help me fix my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro. The mouse was working perfectly fine on 2.4GHz, but I got it stuck in an unresponsive state while trying to connect it via Bluetooth.

Here is exactly what happened:

How the issue started:

  1. I wanted to pair it to a new device, so I switched the bottom slider to "BT". However, the mouse wouldn't turn on (no lights at all).

  2. I tried the manual pairing shortcut (Mouse 4 + Mouse 5 + Middle Click) multiple times, but since the mouse seemed "dead" in BT mode, nothing happened.

  3. I noticed that if I switched the slider to "2.4" (Dongle mode), the mouse would turn on normally. So, trying to troubleshoot, I started switching the slider quickly from 2.4 to BT, hoping the mouse would "stay awake" long enough to enter pairing mode.

  4. This trick actually worked a couple of times: the LEDs turned blue indicating pairing mode, but the mouse still wasn't discoverable on my PC.

  5. After insisting and repeating this process of switching back and forth between 2.4 and BT, the mouse suddenly froze.

Current State (The Problem):
Now, the mouse is completely unresponsive and seems stuck in some sort of error/bootloader mode:

  • The top LEDs are stuck on solid RED.

  • The underglow base is showing a Rainbow effect.

  • If I connect it via USB cable (even with the slider in the "Off" position), it immediately shows these Red/Rainbow lights.

  • It is not detected by Windows, Synapse 3, Synapse 4, or the official Razer Firmware Updater tool.

  • If I unplug the USB cable and switch it to "BT" mode, the mouse doesn't turn on at all (no lights).

The mouse isn't physically broken, it was working perfectly just minutes before this happened; I simply wanted to use the Bluetooth mode.

Is there any specific way to hard reset the mouse to get it out of this Red/Rainbow state? I have already tried holding Left Click + Right Click + Middle Click for 10 seconds, but no luck so far.

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
