I've purchased this mouse a few hours ago and the wifi mode doesn't seem to work. Both wired and Bluetooth seem to be ok. I've tried multiple computers, both with the dongle and with the wifi adaptor direct to computer, and the mouse doesn't work under wifi mode.



In addition, the firmware updater doesn't recognize the mouse under any connection type so I can't try updating that. Right now I am using it under wired mode but for the price of the mouse I expect wifi to function.



Is there anything else I can do to resolve this or does the mouse need to be returned?



**After speaking with an online chat representative it was determined the mouse was faulty. I swapped the mouse with a new one and the wifi worked right away.
