Over the last few days the scroll wheel on my Basilisk V3 has started to decline and seems to come and go. The click and side to side clicks all work but the scrolling is not working. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Hello there,
Try to reinstall your mouse’s drivers. You can also update its firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your mouse’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds along the way.
