Basilisk V3 Scroll wheel tilt left/right stops working when Synapse 4 is open, works normally when Synapse is closed

Probably a software bug as the mouse works normally when Synapse 4 is closed, issue started for me personally last week so maybe a newer update broke this feature on this specific mouse
Reinstalled drivers and Synapse 4, didn’t work
Uninstalled Synapse 4 and installed Synapse 4 beta, no avail
And we can’t downgrade to an older build so Razer please fix

Thanks for reporting this. We understand that the Basilisk V3 scroll wheel tilt left/right stops working whenever Synapse 4 is open, but works normally once Synapse is closed. Please try to perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse on your Windows PC, after the clean reinstall, please test the scroll wheel tilt function again while Synapse is running.
If the issue still continues afterward, send me a PM with your device serial number and short video showing the issue. Kindly upload it to Google Drive, and set it to "Public" or “Anyone Who Has The Link” so I can access the file. All the best!
