I just bought a Basilisk v3 from Best Buy in Boston area. When I was trying to register the product online, the website complained that the "item serial number is unkown".
Should I return this product to Best Buy?
Is it because the product I bought was a returned one, and the serial number has already been used??
I posted above content in https://insider.razer.com/index.php...em-serial-number-is-unkown.81447/#post-797223 earlier. One support person left a comment asking me to DM and locked the post. However, I DMed the support person, but could not upload images of the serial number and proof of purchase. Any solutions?
