When did the issue start occurring? Is there any noticeable physical damage to the device? Is the scroll wheel hard to turn or stuck in a certain way? Does the issue persist with the Razer Synapse closed or disabled? To isolate the problem, kindly perform the steps below:

1. Make sure that the mouse is connected directly to your computer and not to a USB hub. 
2. If it's already connected directly to the computer, try a different USB port.
3. Let’s check if any software is causing the issue. Try to close or disable Razer Synapse 3 and observe if the issue persists without Synapse. 
4. If the issue persists without Synapse, try to uninstall the mouse drivers here.
