About two weeks after purchasing my Basilisk v3 mouse, I noticed an issue with the scroll wheel. When switching between tactile mode and free-spin mode, the mouse never returns to tactile.
When I press the button on the mouse, I can see the setting correctly toggling between both modes in Razer Synapse, but the wheel itself stays in free-spin mode regardless.
I have already tried the following steps without success:

Changing the USB port

Reinstalling Razer Synapse and the full Razer suite

Restarting my computer

Creating a new profile and switching between them
This is particularly frustrating since the free-spin mode is extremely sensitive, and even moving the mouse quickly makes the wheel spin unintentionally.
Is there a way to fix this issue without opening the mouse (as I would like to keep the warranty intact)?
