Hello,
I have tried setting the Synaps calibration to Giganthus v2 profile, and tried increasing/decreasing track surface. The mouse buttons all work on Gigathus or black surfaces but tracking does not. I got an old, white, plastic mousepad that is cutting my wrist horribly but the mouse works fine, albeit slippery, with this but does not want to track on black surfaces. How do I fix this, as the majority of my decor is black or dark surfaces, and there aren't any comfortable fabric/rubber white mouse mats, I guess because they'd turn black from dirt and grim pretty quickly?

Anyone at all? I am unable to contact Razer support because it keeps taking me to the Warranty returns screen instead of creating a ticket. This is depressing.

Hi don77620,
Please PM me the serial number of your device so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific fixes to help you resolve the problem of your mouse not tracking on the Razer Giganthus mousepad. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon. Thank you!
