Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed Battery Problem

I recently acquired a Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed, and it’s eating batteries far faster than it should. In the little over one month I’ve had it, it’s killed 2 AAs and is halfway through it’s third, on Bluetooth connecting.

I’ve tried looking on the razer firmware update page, but there was no available updates for the Basilisk V3 X Hyperspeed that I could find.

Is there any way to slow down how quickly it is burning through its battery?

HI TheBTeam,

I understand that you're experiencing a rapid battery drain issue with your Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed. Please follow these steps to address the problem:

  1. Start by replacing the batteries with new ones to see if this resolves the issue.
  2. Test the mouse on another computer using the new batteries to determine if the problem persists.

- If the issue occurs on another PC, the problem likely lies with the mouse itself.

- If the issue does not occur, it may have been related to the initial setup or the previous device.

If you need further help, feel free to PM me with your mouse serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for replacement options. All the best!
