Basilisk V3 X HYPERSPEED scroll wheel stopped working, how do I file warranty claim??

 

I’ve searched high and low on the website but it’s nowhere to be found!!!

    Hey, @khavrych!

     

    Does it make any difference if the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall your mouse’s drivers. If the issue still persists, then drop me a message via PM along with the serial number of your Razer Basilisk V3 X HyperSpeed so I can look for other troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
