Basilisk V4 Pro Issue

I have a case in with support, but this is super frustrating. 
 

purchased the basilisk v4 pro and v2 dock a week ago. Instantly out of the box was fine for 5-10mins. Then the cursor froze. Only way to unfreeze was if I hit the DPI button or turn off and back on. Then play a little more, boom freeze again. Same issue. Same thing. Doesn’t matter if I’m using the dongle or Dock. Same problem. $180 mouse, should work just fine. Especially it being WIRELESS, that should work no problem. 
 

So I called razer support 2 days ago, they made me do a ton of tests. No fix, it’s “defective”. Send it back get it a new one today. No shit, less than 30 mins of the new one and guess what. FROZEN CURSOR. It’s not defective, I can’t be the only one having this issue. Need a hot fix update and get this working. I sent videos in and am waiting for the better support team to help.
 

I have loved my V3, wish I didn’t get rid of it. I have 10 days to figure it out or I’ll be returning this garbage and getting something else.

    Bro I am have the same issue. Kind of sucks they didn't test this mouse out before releasing it. I had to turn my mouse on and off while typing this. They need to address this ASAP! if not I'm returning this garbage.

    I have this issue as well. It seems to be a compatibility issue with SYNAPSE 4. You can temporarily use V1 dock until the official solution to this issue is available

    I have same issue. 

    I got the new V4 Pro with the V2 dock a couple days ago. Not having your issues but I’m still having other issues non the less.

    First of all the battery doesn’t last a single day (1000hz @ 40% RGB brightness) I got to work today with a full battery and 8 hours later the battery is already on 5%?! My Viper Ultimate from 5 years ago still lasts longer than this… Also the V2 dock/charging is buggy as hell with lighting profiles getting bugged out when placing on/off the dock. There’s a 10-15 second delay when docking the mouse before it begins charging, and when my PC is off the mouse on the dock doesn’t charge (again my old Viper + Dock always charged when PC was shutdown)

    Same issue here. It seems to be an issue with higher polling rates. I’ve had to lower mine to 1k across my profiles and the mouse has been stable. I am also connecting via the mouse dock v2 pro.

    Hopefully we will get a firmware update soon for this but I have not seen any acknowledgement from Razer on the issue yet. There is a reddit thread where someone posted a response from support was to blow compressed air into the sensor….

    I’ve done everything besides throw it through a wall… waiting for the tech team to help. If no update soon I’ll be returning it.

    Keep polling rate on 1000 right now.. if u go higher u will experience this issue

    Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue, and support hasn't been very helpful so far. Personally, I'm still experiencing the issue even at 1,000 Hz.

    Yeah. Polling rate doesn’t matter. Still happens. Only way I havnt had it happen is if you use the mouse Wired. 

      Exactly the same issue here, happened at every polling rate I have tried so far.

        Same issue here, I’ve had to use the mouse with its dongle at 1000 polling rate to be somewhat stable. There really needs to be a hot fix. I’ve got the issue logged with support but it’s alway we will get back to you within 3 days. 
         

        also issue with chroma where the mouse shows as pink and difficult to set any theme. Soon as it’s placed on the doc it either crashes the leds or goes completely off. 
         

        insane to think that there’s no acknowledgment of the issue or any resolve with a update or firmware.

          The Basilisk V4PRO can operate normally and stably with the V1 dock

          still no update, now the mouse is stuck at charging 37%. Will most likly have to return this mouse since there isnt anything that is being resolved.

          Personally, I haven't heard anything from support in a while. The last thing they told me was to return the mouse, which is pointless.

          Thats what they told me on the first mouse. Insane that gave it another try and still nothing.
