Hello I have delicate problem. My new mouse Basilisk v4 pro. I am able to assign 'perfect 180' to any button but after few about minute this assigned button stop working.. Only solution is to turn off mouse and on again then its again work for minute ... Also when its stop working ... If I press same time right mouse button, and Small button on left mouse button with one of the side button AI prompt will pop in.. I know it sounds weird but that is what is happening... If i turn off mouse and then on.. AI prompt wont pop in after pressing these 3 buttons. And Perfect 180 is working... (for minute) Any ide4a what is going on?
UPDATE : when Synapse 4 is turned off in PC no problem at all and Perfect 180 keep working...
