Basilisk X Hyperspeed Bluetuth Stopped Working

My Basilisk X Hyperspeed’s Bluetooth function stopped working recently. I’ve tried pairing on multiple devices and it doesn’t even show up in the list when I attempt to put it in pairing mode. I’ve heard of this issue happening before and tried resetting it, unpairing it from every device I’ve used it on, and updating it. The 2.4g dongle still works fine it’s just a pain to use with my laptop every time. Is there any way to fix this and if not how do I get a replacment? I bought it on in febuary of 2022.
