Basilisk X Hyperspeed doesn't work

My mouse doesn't track nor clicks. I'm able to connect it with 2.4 and bluetooth, but whenever i do my mouse moves upwards withooout me doing anything. When i try clicking it clicks every 5 tries… I've updated my mouse, factory reseted, left my mouse to rest without battery inside and STILL its not working. Hopefully with the very detailed descroption someone can help me! :D … please :)))))))
