I recently bought 2 Basilisk X Hyperspeed mice in Singapore in Nov 2022 over Amazon SG. One of them now has a problem in that the cursor does not move anymore (but click still works) on both bluetooth and 2.4 connection. The other mouse still works.

I tried to contact Razer support in Singapore but I couldn't find any avenue for contacting any customer support. It kept leading me to the support page for the US. After keying in my product info, it says that it is out of warranty (how can it be if it’s less than 1 year since I bought it). Not sure what to do - is a customer rep here on the forum that can contact me by replying to my thread here?
