Basilisk X hyperspeed mouse

Hello, i have an issue with this mouse. Just bought it and cursor isnt moving. Buttons works, but the cursor doesnt move at all. Already tried reinstalling drivers, tried both paring types (include bluetooth pair) and didnt work anyway, any1 can help me solve this problem?

Have you already tried our Mouse Pairing Utility? If you have already done so, PM me the serial number of your mouse. I can use that to verify its model and find a way to sort this out. Let's pick it up from there. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
