My Basilisk x hyperspeed mouse sensor started to malfunction. I have tried to factory reset, recalibrate, firmware update but the sensor is still not working. purchased via amazon uk 22/11/2023 - invoice nr:204-7606781-4698744.
Due to your website states this mouse have a 2 years warranty, could you please advise what is the right process to return the item please?
