I’ve had my mouse since 2021, but didn’t use it for more than 2 years (and took the battery out).
I restarted using it since I’ve had my current laptop. Great mouse.
The last couple of months there’s been some issues. After going into sleep mode it wouldn’t reconnect and had to be turned off and on again. But now, there’s no connection at all.
I’m using it, and all of the sudden it doesn’t connect anymore. When changing the mode to either BT or 2.4, there’s no light or connection sound, nothing. I changed the battery with a brand new one multiple times, nothing helps.
After a while, it works again like nothing happened. This period has already been 10 minutes, but also an hour and even 2 days. Not quite handy to use for schoolwork, I can assure you.
Things I’ve already tried:
- Changing battery
- Reinstalling the software
- Resetting the mouse
- Connect it to another PC, even tried it with my phone
